Return and refund policy
We have a 10 day return policy which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@feelcasual.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. The shipping and the costs of the return are charged to the customer.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and try to resolve it.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and record your refund as well.
